Before I ever taught breathwork…
I was the woman lying in a dark room, waiting for the migraine to pass.
For 9 years, I lived in fear of the next episode. There were times I quietly booked a cab and rushed alone to the emergency room for a Diclofenac injection because the pain was unbearable.
I didn’t want to be a burden, I didn’t feel understood. I kept going anyway. I tried Ayurveda. Nasya. Abhyanga. Shirodhara. Temporary relief. But the fear stayed.
The real shift began when I understood something simple: My nervous system was stuck in survival mode. When I learned how to regulate it through breathwork, My migraine frequency reduced. My sleep improved. My emotional stability returned. It was not overnight. It was consistent, structured work.
In 2024, I went deeper into advanced training. In 2025, I began teaching other women. Today, through Breathe with Debbie, I guide mid-life women who struggle with:
• Stress-triggered migraines • Hormonal imbalance • Anxiety • Poor sleep • Autoimmune flare-ups
My mission is simple:
I don’t teach theory. I teach what helped me rebuild my life. If you are here, it’s not by accident. I know what it feels like to feel helpless. And I also know what it feels like to feel healthy and calm again.
